Former Ukiah star Hugh Pegan was a member of the Occidental team that just ran the fastest time in the country (41.21) so far this year in NCAA Division III.
Pegan the defending NCAA Division III 200m champion ran on both relays and the 100 and 200 in their SCIAC Multi-Dual meet.
