NCS girls 3200 update

This years NCS MOC 3200m race has the potential to be one of the best ever.
Only the top three are guaranteed a spot at state.
Of the top six times run in California this year four are entered in Saturdays NCS final.
Besides the top 3 anyone running 10:35.12 or faster will also earn the trip to state.
Of the 29 NCS entries this year 14 have already broken 11 minutes this year.
Expect a lot of those girls to be planning on cranking out 79.39 second laps to try and move on based on time.
